WE ARE THE UNION OF ELECTRICIANS AND CONTRACTORS.

The Labor Management Cooperative Committee (LMCC) is a partnership of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), devoted to promoting the union electrical construction industry. The mission of LMCC is to provide a joint forum for union contractors and electricians to promote the value of union electrical work. We are the leaders in the effort to improve our industry through advanced training and education. Our goals include:

• Providing electricians and contractors opportunities to develop new and innovative joint approaches to organizational effectiveness
• Developing, improving and ensuring standards for the continuing education of the Journeyman Wireman
• Fostering improvements in occupational safety and health and other working conditions in the construction industry

LMCC stands for value and guarantee, for innovation and emerging technologies, and for using sustainable means to power and improve our communities. Standardized utilization of these processes is our main contribution.
